Billings METropolitan Transit

The Billings Metropolitan Transit (MET) is the public transit system in Billings, Montana. It operates 16 buses and serves about 5,000 passengers a day. It currently employs around 200 people. All MET buses are wheelchair accessible access icon|15px.

Bus colors

The buses are easy to identify, they have green and blue diagonal bands. Green near the front and blue near the back. The route name is displayed over the windshield and side window. The route number is in the windshield's lower left corner.

*Disabled citizens - $0.25

*10-Ticket Ride - $6.00

*Disabled Pass - $3.00/mo

*Senior Pass (65 or older) - $3.00/mo

Bus stops

The MET stops at most corners or blue and green MET bus sign.

Met Plus

program for citizens who are not able to use the MET due to a disability. Five specially equipped vehicles provide door-to-door service for persons certified as eligible.
