Herbert Mortimer Luckock

Herbert Mortimer Luckock (1833 - 1909), was born (1833 July 11) at Great Barr, Staffordshire. In 1858 he was awarded a B.A., deaconed in 1860, priested in 1862 and received his M.A. In 1875 he was made a Canon of [http://www.elycathedral.org/ Ely Cathedral] , and principal of Ely Theological College. His theological standpoint was Anglo-Catholic.

In 1892 he was appointed the Dean of Lichfield Cathedral until his death in 1909.
