Lorna Crozier (born
24 May 1948 ) is a Canadianpoet . She began writing under the name of Lorna Uher.Born in Swift Current,
Saskatchewan , Crozier received aBachelor of Arts degree from theUniversity of Saskatchewan . The prairies remain an essential landscape in her work. She now teaches at theUniversity of Victoria , where she is the Chair for the Creative Writing program.Crozier lives in Saanichton,
