European Cup 1968–69

The season 1968-69 of the European Cup football club tournament was won by AC Milan against Ajax. A number of Eastern European clubs withdrew from the first two rounds for political reasons.

1 Ajax progressed to the Semi-finals over Benfica by winning a third, tie-breaking match, 3–0.
