Sarantadio

Sarantadio is a very small urban complex between the villages of Malakasa and milesi, 42 km away Athens, province of Attica. It belongs to the koinotita (municipality) of Malakasa (Actual President: Litsas Konstantinos)and to the enoroia (paroquia) of Milesi.Its original habitands have been sheepheads keepers, especially the families Karagiorgos, Katsikas, etc. Actually, Karagiorgos family keeps on the traditional way of living althouth the population of Sarantadio has been increased by new habitands, some coming from Athens looking a better quality of life.
