- Burkinabe parliamentary election, 2002
Parliamentary elections were held in Burkina Faso on 5 May 2002. The result was a landslide victory for the ruling Congress for Democracy and Progress, which took almost 50% of the popular vote and 57 of the 111 parliamentary seats. Voter turnout was 70.4%, though 7.5% of all votes cast (142,243) were deemed invalid.
