"Start Back at Start" is the debut album from Halifax, released on 10 June 2003 on ECA Records. As the physical release on CD is currently out-of-print, the only way to purchase the album is as a digital download through either [http://www.downloadpunk.com DownloadPunk] or the iTunes Store. The iTunes version lists track eleven as "One More Night".

The CD is Halifax's only album with their original line-up, as guitarist Dan Locascio, bassist Justin Chlowitz and drummer Matt Locascio all left the band soon after its release. Hence, the band does not consider "Start Back at Start" their debut effort, but rather their follow-up EP "A Writer's Reference" (2004)ref|gamefoe.
