Thomas Crawford (politician)

Thomas Crawford (August 16 1847 – ) was speaker of the Legislature of Ontario in 1907-1911 and served as Conservative MLA for Toronto Northwest and Toronto West from 1894 to 1924.

He was born in County Fermanagh, Ireland, the son of James Crawford, and educated in Inniskillen. Crawford was a cattle dealer and exporter. He served several terms on Toronto city council. In 1878, he married Isabella Fyfe. Crawford also served as Minister Without Portfolio from 1923 to 1924.
