Kristín Ómarsdóttir

Kristín Ómarsdóttir (born September 24, 1962) is a poet and a writer from Iceland. She studied literature at the University of Iceland in the early 1980s. Her first play was produced in 1987, and her first book of poetry was published the same year. She is noted as a poet, playwright, and novelist; and she has also worked at visual art. She currently lives in Reykjavík.
