Hallgrímur Helgason

Hallgrímur Helgason (February 18 1959 in Reykjavík) is an Icelandic painter, novelist, and columnist ["...says Hellgrimur Helgason, who writes an outspoken newspaper column which exposes feuds between Iceland's ruling class and its entrepreneurs. His first novel "Hella" came out in 1990. The film "101 Reykjavík" is based his novel of the same name.
