Headlam Group plc (lse|HEAD) is a British based company which distributes floor coverings in the United Kingdom and Continental Europe. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange, where it has previously been a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.

History

The Company was established in 1992 by way of a series of acquisitions from Hickson plc which began with the purchase of Headlam Newcastle and Hadfields Stockport early that year. Operations

The Company supplies coverings such as parquet, carpets, and linoleum to independent retailers and professional customers in markets which also include the Netherlands, France and Switzerland.
