The term Reverberation Chamber is used in acoustics as well as in electrodynamics.

* Acoustic Reverberation Chambers or Echo Chambers are used for sound applications.
* Electromagnetic Reverberation Chambers are used for Electromagnetic Compatibility testing and related electromagnetic applications.
