1965 . In those early years the team was in 2nd division, and although success was not immediate over the past ten years the Tigers have come of age. The club has played a major role in the finals for the past eight years, being club minor premiers in 1991, 1992, 1993, 1998 and winning the premiership in 1993, and being runners up in 1991, 1998, 2001 and 2005.AFL Affiliation
