Shinwa-kai (Sumiyoshi-ikka)

The Shinwa-kai (親和会 "Brotherhood Association") in the Sumiyoshi-ikka, is a yakuza gang based in Tochigi-shi, Tochigi, Japan. It is affiliated with the Sumiyoshi-kai, Japan's second-largest yakuza syndicate.

Its current leader is Hideo Komatsuzawa.

*1st: Shigeru Komatsuzawa (小松澤 繁) who was a "saiko-komon" of the Sumiyoshi-rengokai, and 1st "socho" of the Tochigi-ikka (栃木一家).
*2nd: Hideo Komatsuzawa (小松澤 英雄) who is a leader ("jonin-sodanyaku"?) of the Sumiyoshi-kai, and 2nd Tochigi (栃木) in the Shinwa-kai in the Sumiyoshi-ikka. He is a son of Shigeru Komatsuzawa.
