Alpine skiing at the 1984 Winter Olympics

The 1984 Winter Olympic Games Alpine Skiing results from Sarajevo, Yugoslavia (now Bosnia).The six events were held February 13-19, 1984. The men's events were held at Bjelašnica, the women's at Jahorina. [http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Olympische_Winterspiele_1984/Ski_Alpin]

This was the first Winter Olympics which did not serve as World Championships for alpine skiing.

Due to weather delays (a blizzard), the downhill races were postponed several days and run after the giant slalom races.
