Spencer Noel McGregor (December 18, 1931 – November 21, 2007) was a Test cricketer who played 25 Test matches for New Zealand between 1954 and 1965. He was the New Zealand Almanack Player of the Year in 1968.

McGregor was born in Dunedin, Otago. A batsman who liked to play his strokes, the highlight of his long test career was his only century, 111 scored in five and a half hours against Pakistan in a losing cause in Lahore in 1955. He also made three fifties against South Africa, making 709 runs on New Zealand's 1961/62 tour there. He was also part of the team that was bowled out for just 26, the record lowest test score. In 148 first-class matches for Otago between 1947/48 and 1968/69 he scored 6573 runs at an average of 25.47. He made 5 centuries, the highest a fine unbeaten 114 against Wellington. He continued in club cricket after his long first class career, playing up to the age of 58, and was a leading bowls administrator.

He was an occasional wicket keeper and also took three wickets in his career.
