The União Nacional dos Escuteiros de Timor Leste (UNE-TL; roughly "National Scout Union of East Timor") is the national Scouting organization of East Timor. East Timor is one of 29 countries where Scouting exists but where there is no National Scout Organization which is yet a member of the World Organization of the Scout Movement,cite web |url=http://www.scout.org/en/around_the_world/countries/scouting_elsewhere |title=Scouting Elsewhere |publisher=World Organization of the Scout Movement |accessdate=2007-03-14] and no organization was ever recognized by WOSM during the nation's Scouting history.

Dom Ximenes Belo, former Bishop of Dili and Nobel Peace Prize winner, is a former Scout and active in Scouting.
