8th Parliament of Upper Canada

The 8th Parliament of Upper Canada was in session from January 31 1821 to June 22 1824. Elections in Upper Canada had been held in July 1820. All sessions were held at York, later Toronto.

Daniel Hagerman died on June 30 1821 and Barnabas Bidwell was seated in his place in November 1821. Bidwell was unseated in January 1822 and replaced by Matthew Clark and then George Ham, both of whom were unseated before they were ever seated. William Hamilton was declared not elected on March 24 1821 and David Pattee was seated in his place.
