Vyšní Lhoty is a village in the Frýdek-Místek District, Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic. It has a population of 757 (2006). It lies on the Morávka River, in the historical region of Těšín Silesia and was first mentioned in a written document in 1305.

The village is situated on the foothills of the Moravian-Silesian Beskids and the Prašivá mountain. There is a wooden Saint Anthony of Padua church from 1640 on that mountain.
