United StatesLanguage English Website DJ Times Website DJ Times is a monthly publication based out of Port Washington, New York that club and mobile DJs turn to as a source for products, technologies and reviews, news, information and DJ interviews. It has been published by Testa Communications since 1988.
They are the hosts to as many as 5,000 Club and Mobile DJs at their annual International DJ Expo in Atlantic City, New Jersey each August. The dates for the '11 Expo are Aug. 8-11 at the Taj in Atlantic City, NJ.
In 2006, DJ Times presented its first-annual America's Best DJ competition, an online vote of the top U.S.-based DJs. Entering the fourth consecutive year, the '09 vote will include 100 DJs and it will be supported by a Summer Tour presenting more than 20 of those DJs playing different events across the states. The tour's Official Closing Party is set for Sept. 12 in Las Vegas at Rain Nightclub at the Palms Casino Resort, where Paul Oakenfold Presents Perfecto.
