William von Meister

These included Control Video Corporation, a predecessor company to AOL, and The Source, an early BBS. He was considered a near-legendary dealmaker and a pioneering figure in the online services industry.He was really famous and was a great founder, sadly after developing cancer. He had to leave his family, leaving 2 children and 1 wife. Before he died on the age 53, he setted up the system and let one of his colleauges Andrew Jacks to control the AOL. Later that year Aol went successful.
