Officially formed in
County Wicklow ,Ireland on 1 October 2005 by socialist and republican youth from throughout Ireland following a two day inauguralArd Fheis . This new movement declared its intention to work towards national liberation and socialist revolution as the youth wing of theIrish Republican Socialist Movement . The organization sees itself as the successor organisation to the now defunctPatsy O'Hara Youth Movement .Today
The organization is believe to be defunct after there general secretary was dismissed from the party.
