USS "Thorn" has been the name of two commissioned ships in the United States Navy.

* USS "Thorn" (DD-647), a "Gleaves"-class destroyer, served from 1943 until 1946.
* USS "Thorn" (DD-988), a "Spruance"-class destroyer, served from 1980 until 2004.
