State Highway 13 (SH 13) was a state highway in the U.S. state of Texas that ran from Amarillo due west to the New Mexico border near Glenrio, Texas.

SH 13 was one of the original twenty six state highways proposed in 1917, overlayed on top of the Ozark Trail. From 1917 the routing mostly followed present day United States Highway 60 from Farwell through Amarillo to Pampa. From there, the highway turned east on present day SH 152 to the border near Wheeler.

In 1919, SH 13 was completely reassigned to a small segment traveling due west from Amarillo to New Mexico on the route that would later be U.S. Highway 66; the eastern portion of the future US 66 route was added by 1922.

In 1926, US 66 was overlaid on the entire SH 13 route the routes were marked concurrently, by 1933, the routing had been pulled back to its Amarillo-Endee segment, and by 1939 SH 13 was cancelled, and has never been reassigned.
