Joseph Asiegbo

Prince Joseph Asiegbo (born on October 4, 1979, in Lagos) is the son of King Eze Young Ogbonna of Abia State, Obeyin of Nigeria.

Early life

In Nigeria he is known as Prince Joe, and he received his formal education in Nigeria until his mother became aware of an assassination plot against him.

Asiegbo's mother contacted a relative who owned a professional soccer team, and he was sent to Europe. He played professional soccer in England and Germany for eight years.

He returned to Nigeria to finish college and received a University degree.

United States Army

In 2005, Asiegbo decided to enlist in the United States Army. In August 2005, he was assigned to D Company, 1st Battalion, 329th Infantry Regiment.

On November 4th, 2005, he is scheduled to graduate Advanced Individual Infantry Training, and will attend United States Airborne School. Upon graduating Airborne School he will attend United States Army Special Forces School.
