Ryan Adam Spilborghs (born September 5, 1979 in Santa Barbara, California) is a Major League Baseball outfielder with the Colorado Rockies. The Rockies drafted Spilborghs in the seventh round of the by|2002 draft out of the University of California, Santa Barbara. He played for the Madison Mallards during the summer of by|2001 during his collegiate career.

He also played in the Mexican Pacific League for Yaquis of Obregon, playing center field.
