The Ivy has a sister restaurant, Le Caprice, which is located behind the Ritz in the St James's area of London. Like the Ivy, it is a place to be seen. Caprice Holdings, whose proprietor is Richard Caring, also owns and runs J. Sheekey, a fish restaurant in the traditional grand style, located near Leicester Square.

In 2005, Caprice Holdings purchased and renovated Scott's, a well-known restaurant located just off Berkeley Square in Mayfair. It has quickly become one of the best restaurants in London, and is renowned for its fish dishes and oyster bar.The restaurant was a favourite of author Ian Fleming, and is reportedly where he first discovered the dry martini made famous by his character James Bond.Fact|date=September 2008

The Ivy is also the name of a popular restaurant in Los Angeles also patronised by celebrities, although the London and L.A. establishments are unrelated and are owned by separate companies.
