=Fleet Certification= For more than a year, the Tatarstan Airlines can not use the six CRJ900 it purchased in May 2007 to Bombardier at a cost of U.S. $ 217 million. Even if more than 180 aircraft of this type are already on order or in use elsewhere in the world, the Russian authorities refuse to issue certificates of airworthiness. No need for Bombardier to sell other devices if carriers can not fly.References
