"Triprion" (Shovel-headed Treefrogs) is a genus of frogs in the Hylidae family found in the Pacific lowlands of Mexico, the Yucatán Peninsula, and Guatemala. These frogs hide in tree-holes and plug the entrance with their strange-looking bony head.
