Follo Fotball is a football club from Ski, Akershus, Norway. It was founded in September 2000 as an umbrella team for six local teams; Ås, Oppegård, Langhus, Ski, Nordby and Vestby.

Follo play in light blue, and their home ground is Ski stadion.

Follo's greatest moment was the Norwegian cup run they had in 2006. When they made it all the way to the quarter finals, eventually losing at home 0-1 to the cup finalists Sandefjord FK. But on the way to the quarters they beat defending holders Molde FK.

Follo were one of the favourites to get promotion to the Adeccoligaen. But inconsistent form has cost them. Promotion is extremely unlikely, they now look to finish as high as possible.

The supporters club are called "The Followers"

The rivals are Drøbak frogn IL.

The squad are a mixture of experience and local youth. Christian Petersen, Andreas Strand, Glenn Arne Hansen, Kjetil Nilsen, Lars Granaas have experience from the Eliteserien. Many young players have been playing their part too, Alexander Ruud Tveter, Edvard Skagstad, Patrick Karoliussen, Øystein Grini, Benjamin Dahl Hagen and Jørgen Røssevold amongst many. Not forgetting the Kenyan international Bonaventure Maruti signed from Bryne FK in 2006, who has experience from Ørebro, Sweden. He is the clubs all time top scorer.
