Tsing Yi Rural Committee (Chinese: 青衣鄉事委員會) is a
rural committee dealing with matters of the villages on theTsing Yi Island inHong Kong . Its office is on theFung Shue Wo Road , nearChun Kwan Temple . In the early days, the rural committee only served theindigenous inhabitant s.Fact|date=August 2007 Before the development of new town, there are several times of influx of population. In later days, it also served thenon-indigenous inhabitant s.Representative
