France ) is a book editor and bestsellingauthor .Ms Lévy is the eldest daughter from the first marriage of French
philosopher , writer, and intellectual,Bernard-Henri Lévy . She lives inParis where she works as an editor for a major publishing house. Her 1995 debut novel "Le rendez-vous" ("The Rendezvous") was translated from French into English and published in theUnited States in 1997 to rave reviews. Billed as part memoir, part fiction, theLibrary Journal called Lévy's work an "irresistible first novel " and theNew York Times said her account of a mother-daughter relationship was "devastating."In 1995 she married
