Tim Pagnotta (born January 17, 1977) is the lyricist, vocalist and guitarist for Californian rock band Sugarcult. Pagnotta grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. [cite web

Due to damage caused by the amplifiers on stage at Sugarcult shows, and the shows Pagnotta would attend as a fan, his ears were damaged leaving him hearing a high pitched sound in his ears frequently. Because of this, Pagnotta wears earplugs on stage, as do his fellow band members. Most notably, in 2007, Tim Pagnotta was featured in a song entitled "Shut It Down" on MxPx's 2007 album Secret Weapon (album). [cite web
