Universal Communication Platform AG was a group of companies providing software and services for the mobile phone market. It later split into 3 component parts:

*uboot.com, a mobile phone service portal in Germany, the UK and Austria.
*sms.at, a mobile portal in Austria.
*ucp morgen, producing software for mobile network operators.
