Led Zeppelin's final studio album, " In Through the Out Door", released in 1979. Written by Robert Plantand John Paul Jones, it is a slow-tempo song which was composed in the style of soft rock, featuring a synthesizersolo by Jones and sensitive lyrics by Plant. Plant wrote the song as a tribute to his son, Karac, who died from a stomach infectionin 1977 at the age of five. He did the vocals all in one take, and the song changes key on the last chorus.
