Kairali TV is a Malayalam television channel based in Trivandrum, Kerala. Currently, Mammootty, a leading film actor in Malayalam, holds the post of Chairman and John Brittas is the Managing Director and editor. Other important leaders are: Prabha Varma- Director, News and Current Affairs, Shibu Chakravarthy- Associate Director,Programmes, N. P. Chandrasekharan- Executive Editor, Somakumar- Executive Producer and Abraham Mathew-Chief Correspondent.Other team members are: Manoj K Varma- Chief Sub Editor; M.Rajeev- Senior Reporter, Mahesh Panju- Senior Producer, Anand Narayanan- Senior Editor, M.S.Banesh- Senior Reporter, Jayapal- Deputy Technical Manager

People TV is another channel owned by Kairali, that caters news and current affairs round the clock. WE TV, a channel for the youth has started transmission on April 14th of 2007.

The channel news and associated programmes are biased towards the Communist Party Of India (Marxist).
