Bjørn "Bummen" Johansen (born September 7, 1969) is a former Norwegian footballer, who played midfielder for Tromsø I.L. for most of his career. Johansen got his debut in 1987, and played for Tromsø I.L. until 1992. He moved to Viking F.K. in 1993, and stayed there for two seasons. In 1995, Johansen was back at Tromsø I.L., and stayed with the club until 1999. Johansen enjoyed two good seasons with Swedish team Helsingborgs IF, before he again returned to Tromsø I.L. to help the club return to the Norwegian Premier League in 2002.

Johansen was and still is a favorite among many Tromsø I.L. fans. With the exception of his 4 seasons away from the club, he played in almost every match Tromsø I.L. played between 1989 and 2005. This made Bjørn Johansen the player with the most matches for Tromsø I.L. ever. Johansen also participated in all of Tromsø I.L.'s four European Cup campaigns.

Johansen played international matches for various age-based Norwegian national teams, but he was never given the chance to play for the Senior Norwegian national team. Many people, especially Tromsø I.L. fans, consider him among the best Norwegian footballers never to have received this honor.

Following Johansen's retirement in 2005, he has worked as a sports commentator for the Norwegian TV 2.

Trivia

*The nickname "Bummen" was given to Johansen by his brother when Johansen was a child.
