The transmitter and tower are located on Paradise Ridge, near Moscow, ID. This location provides excellent coverage to the North, West, and South.
The "Rude Awawkening" morning show, is hosted by Steve Shannon and Anne Cosby from 6am-10am weekdays. Jeff Scott is on the air from 10am-2pm , Johnny Mann from 2pm-6pm and Alexis hosts the Zfun night show from 7pm-Midnight. Weekends are hosted by Steve Shannon, Ray, Johnny Mann and Alexis on Saturdays, with the AT Top 40, followed by Jasmine, Ray, and Brandon Lee on Sundays The station's format caters primarily to persons 18-49 years of age and the local college crowd.
KZFN is also carried on K237DP-FM 95.3, a 34 watt
broadcast translator in the "Tri-cities" of Richland, Pasco, and Kennewick, WA. and has picked up a significant audience in that area.The station has a website, www.zfun106.com, but the site has been "under construction" for three years and consists only of a spalsh page to that effect.
