There are at least two fells in the English Lake District called Watch Hill. See:

*Watch Hill (Cockermouth) for the 254 m Marilyn and Wainwright "Outlying Fell" near Cockermouth
*Watch Hill (Whitehaven) for the 172 m hill near Whitehaven
