NPower is a national nonprofit that provides IT services and training to nonprofits and young adults. They accomplish this by harnessing the power of technology and the support of socially responsible companies and corporate IT volunteers. NPower’s services are delivered through three programs- The Community Corps, Technology Service Corps and IT Professional Services. Their community of corporate partners, nonprofits, foundations, dedicated staff and skilled IT volunteers provides NPower with unparalleled reach that allows them to have a profound impact on thousands of local communities and hundreds of young adults.

The Community Corps, NPower's online volunteer portal, is dedicated to connecting skilled IT professionals to the IT needs of nonprofits. This innovative program enables nonprofits to choose from a list of short-term, structured, high-impact projects for placement with qualified, prescreened volunteers from NPower's corporate partners and supporters.

Technology Service Corps is dedicated to providing young adults (ages 18 to 25) with brighter futures through training and careers in IT. The 22-week program is supported by our many corporate partners and nonprofit clients and is available free to qualified applicants. Students receive instruction and training in PC configuration, networking, trouble-shooting and customer service. TSC also supports students through its professional skills mentoring program, internships and job placement services.

IT Professional Services helps nonprofits improve operations, speed growth and transform their organizations through affordable consulting, database support and managed services. These services leverage world-class technologies and the support of NPower's corporate partners to deliver best-in-class products and solutions at discounted rates.
