1966 and completed in1968 , the tower consists of 172,000square feet (15,979square meters ) of office space in 10 stories, which overhang an 8-story parking garage and lobby level for a total of 19 floors. The building stands convert|250|ft|m high.Recent History
The building was bought in
1997 by Kumar Vemullapalli just as the last major tenant,National Bank of Detroit , moved out leaving the building largely vacant. Due to sporadic maintenance, a pipe bursts in the building in2001 flooding it leaving the building completely vacant.
