Euan Lloyd

Euan Lloyd (born 1923) is a British film producer.

He began his career directing short travelogue documentaries, starting with "April in Portugal" in 1954. From there he became associate producer and producer on numerous international films such as "The Secret Ways", "The Poppy Is Also a Flower", "Murderer's Row (film)", and "Shalako".

In the 1970s, Lloyd went independent, but his first effort, "Paper Tiger" (1975), was not a success. He put everything he had behind the $10 million action/adventure "The Wild Geese" (1978). He followed with "The Sea Wolves", (1980) and "Who Dares Wins" (1982). His last film was "The Wild Geese II" in 1985.

Lloyd appeared in the short documentary "The Last of the Gentleman Producers" which accompanied the 2004 release of "The Wild Geese" on DVD, and also contributed to the audio commentary alongside Roger Moore and editor/second unit director John Glen.
