Rachel Vail, born
July 25 ,1966 is an American author of children's and young adult books. She was born inManhattan , grew up inNew Rochelle ,New York , and is a graduate ofGeorgetown University . Her debut novel "Wonder" won an Editor's Choice award from "Booklist" in1991 , and in1992 her second novel, "Do-Over", won that award also.Bibliography
