ZyLAB is a software company which produces digital archive and enterprise search applications such as ZyIMAGE and ZyINDEX. It was founded in Chicago in 1983, but currently has headquarters in Vienna, Virginia and Amsterdam as well as sales offices throughout the world.

It was one of the first companies to produce full text retrieval software to run on the IBM PC under DOS then Windows; the company is consistently highly rated by IT industry analysts and was placed in the "Leaders" category of the 2007 Gartner "Magic Quadrant for Information Access Technology" report. ZyLAB's product line is based around ZyIMAGE, their core technology used to scan, OCR, and search paper documents as well as over 370 electronic file formats in over 200 languages.
