What is "Whit's End"?
In episode #77, "The Nemesis, Part 1", Whit read the goals his late wife Jenny established for Whit's End (as originally revealed in episode #19, "Recollections"). "Whit's End is designed to be a place of discovery and
adventure , filled withbooks andactivities , fun and games, arts andcrafts , and upliftingconversation . But most of all, it is a place where kids of all ages can just be kids." At the present, there are three Whit's Ends; one is in Odyssey, another atFocus on the Family 's headquarters inColorado Springs, Colorado , and a third in Connelsville. (The one in Colorado Springs being the only one of the three that is not fictional.)Although the front area of the Odyssey Whit's End is devoted to the ice cream counter and seating, the large, multi-story building, which is styled as a Victorian house, contains a number of other important rooms.
