Paul Rotha (born Paul Thompson,
June 3 ,1907 ,London -March 7 ,1984 ,Wallingford ,Oxfordshire ) was a British film-maker, film historian and critic. He was educated atHighgate School . He was a close collaborator ofJohn Grierson .Wolfgang Suschitzky was one of his cinematographers.References
