The Warren and Saline River Railroad reporting mark|WSR is a short-line railroad headquartered in Warren, Arkansas.

WSR operates an eight mile line in Arkansas from Warren (where it interchanges with Union Pacific via Arkansas Midland Railroad) to Cloquet, Arkansas.

WSR traffic generally consists of outbound lumber and forest products.

WSR was incorporated in 1920 to take over an existing line from Warren to Hermitage, Arkansas (operations between Cloquet and Hermitage were discontinued in 1985). In 1982 a portion of the Warren and Quachita Valley Railroad was taken over to serve the mill on that line at Warren. It is a subsidiary of Potlatch Corporation.
