John Locke (Canadian politician)

John Locke was a Senator from Nova Scotia, Canada from October 23 1867 to December 12 1873. He was summoned to the senate by Royal Proclamation. He was a member of the Liberal Party of Canada. Prior to becoming a senator he was a merchant.

He was born on Locke's Island, Nova Scotia on September 15 1825.
