Linux which is used for creating, destroying, resizing and managing partitions. It uses theGNU Parted libraries and is built with the Qt toolkit. Like GNU Parted, it has inherent support for the resizing ofNTFS partitions, using thentfsresize utility.QtParted, just like GParted does not handle LVM partitions.
The QtParted team does not provide an official
Live CD to use QtParted with, unlikeGParted . However, QtParted is included inArk Linux Live (theArk Linux team is currently maintaining QtParted), in the popular live Linux distributionKnoppix , on theKubuntu live CD, inMEPIS , inNimbleX and in theTrinity Rescue Kit .QtParted project seems to be dead. It has not released any new versions in almost 3 years, the project home page has not been updated, and the forum is not operational.
