Maksim Tank (Belarusian: Максiм Танк, Russian: Максим Танк, real name Yevgeniy Skurko; born September 17, 1912 in village of Pilkovschina,n ow in Minsk Voblast, Belarus - 1995) was a Belarusian Soviet poet and translator. People's Poet of Belarus, 1968. He was Chairman of the Supreme Soviet of the Belorussian Soviet Socialist Republic 1965-1971. Tank died in 1995.
